In short
- We make crisp breaded chicken sandwiches in Cairo — a short menu, cooked to order, sold for delivery and pickup.
- We started on a delivery marketplace. This site is us taking the ordering back into our own hands.
- No account to create, no password to remember: your phone number is your identity, and you prove it once.
A plain-language summary. The sections below are the terms that apply.

1What we make
Pane is named after what it sells. A chicken breast, flattened, breaded and fried to order, in fresh kaiser bread with mayonnaise and lettuce. That is the whole idea, and most of the work goes into getting it right rather than into making it longer.
Around it sits a short menu that earns its place: golden fries, pickled cucumbers to cut through the fry, and dipping sauces — Caesar, dynamite, cheddar — made to go with the sandwich rather than to fill a page. For a table or a family there are packs of four and eight sandwiches, priced to be shared.
Everything is cooked when you order it. Nothing sits under a heat lamp waiting for someone to want it. That is why our menu is short, why a sandwich takes a few minutes longer than it would elsewhere, and why a person at the branch accepts your order rather than a website doing it automatically — from that moment your food is being made for you and nobody else.
2Where we are
We cook and deliver in Cairo, Egypt. Each branch serves the areas around it, close enough that the food arrives as it left the kitchen. Our Delivery Policy sets out where we reach today and what it costs.
- Operating in
- Cairo, Egypt
- Currency
- Egyptian pounds (EGP) — we price and settle in nothing else.
3Why we built our own ordering
Like most restaurants in Egypt, we grew on a delivery marketplace. It brought us customers, and we are not ungrateful for it. But a marketplace stands between a kitchen and the person eating from it: it owns the relationship, it sets the terms, and it takes a share of every sandwich.
So we built this. Ordering here means the kitchen sees your order directly, the price is ours rather than a marked-up one, and a problem is solved by the people who cooked the food instead of by a third party who did not.
The same system runs the counter, the kitchen screen and the till in the branch. When you ask us about an order, the person answering is looking at the same record you are.
4How we treat your details
There is no sign-up form on this site and no password to invent. Your mobile number identifies you, you prove it once with a one-time code, and your device is remembered so you rarely type anything again.
We hold your name, your number, where to deliver, and what you have ordered — because an order needs those. We do not sell data, we do not run advertising trackers, and we never see your card number. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy, written to be read rather than to be survived.
5What we promise
- The price you are shown is the price you pay, in Egyptian pounds, with the delivery fee visible before you confirm.
- Food cooked to order, and an honest estimate of when it will reach you rather than a flattering one.
- A real answer before we take your order on: if we cannot serve it well, we say so and refuse it rather than cook it badly.
- If it is wrong, we fix it — a replacement or your money back, without an argument.
- A person on the phone during service hours, at the branch, able to act.
- Your details used to feed you and account for it, and for nothing else.
6Talk to us
Feedback about the food goes straight to the kitchen, and it is the most useful thing we get. If something was excellent, or if it was not, tell us.
